Love this post and it resonates with me deeply. I was fortunate enough to have my own wake up call when I was very young after losing my mum to cancer. From that point onwards, I looked at life very differently and realised that it is very short. Now, in my late 20s, I still aim to use that experience to appreciate every moment on this short and precious life that we have. There is a popular saying, "Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we respond to it,".
Thank you for this inspirational piece. Your timing is impeccable. Your writing is engaging. It's hard to pick my favorite part. I will go with section three and paraphrase with "don't sweat the small stuff."
Lots of wisdom in here! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for sharing your perspective, Kin. It's such a great thing to remind ourselves of often.
