Can relate. Sending mine for three years in a row now. But I do have a small hack for myself )and family); i don’t send one for two weeks in summers. I plan one. And in that one I tell my readers that i will be back in two weeks, but that i am not boring my wife and kids with my ‘dad is writing his newsletter’ on Sunday night. Response is always very positive. Makes you human.

Love the redline and waves analogy. In the Far East and TCM, there is a saying relating to energies. In that an energy always has a direction. You go left, right, forward, backward... The only time an energy does not have a direction is in death. Therefore it is of the utmost importance to keep going, and move forward, no matter what.
